§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe have seen press reports, and have some independent corroboration, that a small number of British citizens are fighting in Yugoslavia. We have also seen reports of the deaths of two British citizens, which British consular staff in Yugoslavia are investigat-ing. We deplore any foreign encouragement of this tragic conflict.
