§ Mr. Douglas HoggAt my meeting with 34 non-governmental organisations on 26 November discus-sion concentrated on the three major topics previously 33W agreed with a broad selection of the NGOs, namely NATO in the wider Europe, arms transfers and nuclear arms control.
