To attract personal saving as required by the Government's funding policy.147WTo encourage the saving habit among a wide range of people.To give our customers a good, prompt and friendly service.To market a range of products, with particular emphasis on encouraging longer-term saving.Staff are to meet these aims within resource levels decided by Ministers and with the continuing objective of improving economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
