§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Registrar-General has received interim responses from three of the 12 Scottish local registration authorities. As his letter of November 1990 suggested that authorities should undertake any local consultation procedures about terms and conditions of service of staff before submitting schemes to him, it was anticipated that full responses would take some time to prepare.
