To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security, pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Esher (Mr. Taylor) of 26 July 1990,Official Report, columns 494–95, when he now expects to publish the results of research into the way in which benefit provision for 16 and 17-year-olds is working.
