(2) when his Department received a copy of the recommendations made to Governments contained in the final declaration of the second world industry conference on environmental management dated 12 April.
§ Mr. Leigh[holding answer 22 April 1991]: An official from the Department's environment unit attended this conference as a delegate. Like other delegates he received a copy of the final declaration, including the recommendations to Governments at the final session of the conference on 12 April.
