§ Mrs. RumboldAs my hon. Friend knows, all new receptions are seen and interviewed by health care staff and asked whether they have ever taken drugs. Indications of the use of drugs by injection are looked for at that time. Steps have been taken to try to reduce the supply of illicit drugs into establishments and the need for further measures is kept under review.
