§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonI indicated last year in our debates on what are now sections 56 to 59 of the 1990 Act that we would be consulting the judiciary about the arrangements for implementation of these provisions. Equipment demonstrations have been mounted and consultations have taken place. An announcement will be made when we have completed our examination of the results.
