Information relating to financial years 1979–80 to 1984–85, inclusive, is not readily available and could not be obtained without disproportionate cost. The provisional outturn for 1990–91 is £7.9 million and the provisional budget for 1991–92 is £6–6 million; the latter figure excludes PSAs, the Building Research Establishment Agency and the Queen Elizabeth II conference centre where budgets have not yet been finalised.
