§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThere are regular meetings, in both bilateral and multilateral fora, between the United Kingdom armed forces arid representatives of the Soviet armed forces, involving all three services. A considerable number of such contacts have already taken place and others are planned. We do not maintain a central record of the number of times members of the three services have met their Soviet counterparts.
