To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his answers to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton, North-East (Mrs. Hicks) of 6 February,Official Report, column 141 and to the hon. Member for Teignbridge of 14 February, Official Report, column 547, and to his letter to the hon. Member for Teignbridge of 26 March, when he expects to announce the results of his review of section 39 of the Public Order Act 1986.
