To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on progress in the implementation of the conventional forces in Europe treaty.

We and our NATO partners are continuing to press the Soviet Union to ensure the full and early implementation of the conventional forces in Europe treaty.
