(2) what information he supplied to the US office of foreign assets control about Sollatek UK Ltd. following the meeting between his officials and that company on 9 April;
(3) what recent inquiries he has undertaken to enable him to decide whether the claim made on 1 April by the United States Government that Sollatek UK Ltd. is owned or controlled by Iraqis is correct; and if he will make a statement;
(4) what information he supplied to the US office of foreign assets control about Sollatek UK Ltd. prior to I April;
(5) what evidence he was supplied with by the US office of foreign assets control when it consulted him about its plans to include Sollatek UK Ltd. in its list of specially designated nationals of Iraq.

The company provided my officials with commercially confidential information which, with Sollatek's permission has been passed to our embassy in Washington to use when making representations to the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, DTOFA. No other information has been supplied to the US DTOFA prior to this.
