§ Mr. Garel-JonesThe second session of the XIth special consultative meeting of Antarctic treaty parties began in Madrid on 22 April.
Discussion on mineral activities and environmental protection in Antarctica will be taken forward at this meeting and we hope a consensus can be reached.
