To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what was the number of unemployed claimants in(a) London Docklands, (b) the London borough of Newham, (c) the London borough of Southwark and (d) the London borough of Tower Hamlets in each year since 1981, as a percentage of unemployed claimants in Greater London.
