§ Mrs. RumboldI would refer my hon. Friend to the statement made by my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Education and Science on 21 March at columns 432–34. Future arrangements for the funding of education in prison establishments will be determined in the light of the Government plans for the reorganisation of further education as a whole, on which a White Paper is to be published shortly.
