§ Mr. BaldryThe Government's statutory advisor, the Countryside Commission for England, intends to submit a number of papers to the organisers, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources, for possible inclusion in the programme of the fourth world congress on national parks and protected areas. It is for the IUCN to determine the final programme.
