§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what financial support will be made available by Her Majesty's Government to(a) delegations from less-developed nations and (b) non-governmental organisations based in the United Kingdom, to assist their attendance at the United Nations conference on environment and development, to be held in Rio De Janeiro in June 1992.
§ Mrs. ChalkerWe have offered £32,000 to the voluntary fund established to help finance participation by developing countries in the conference and its preparatory300W process. The United Nations General Assembly has not yet decided on the participation of non-governmental organisations in the conference.
