§ Mr. SainsburyThe latest information giving a detailed breakdown of the situation on implementation of the individual measures in the Commission White Paper272W programme which were due to enter into force by the end of 1990 are given in annex 1 to document 9258/90 dated 5 October 1990, a copy of which is deposited in the Library. This confirms the United Kingdom's good record with only 18 out of 107 measures not implemented. A comparative table for all member states, together with more recent figures provided by the Commission are given in the table.
