§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryThe Office of Electricity Regulation—OFFER—is in the process of compiling a database of CHP projects operating in Great Britain which will include the Government estate. The information requested by the hon. Member will start to become available when the OFFER database becomes operational this autumn.
