§ Mr. ChopeThe Department has consulted about a proposal to require new heavy goods vehicles of more than 7.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight to be fitted with speed limiters, to ensure that these vehicles cannot be driven at more than 60 mph, their motorway speed limit. I am considering the response to this consultation.
