To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many cases related to non-payment of the poll tax in Blyth valley have been dealt with by the magistrates court.

In the period 1 April to 31 December 1990, Blyth valley magistrates court issued 15,478 summonses in community charge enforcement proceedings and made 12,451 liability orders.
