§ Mr. Douglas HoggMy right hon. Friend the Prime Minister met Iraqi Kurdish representatives on 9 April. I met Jalal Talabani, leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, in Damascus on 12 March. Contacts between officials and Kurdish representatives continue.
