§ Mr. DorrellThe Audit Commission's certificate on each district health authority's accounts is published with the accounts and will include any qualifications which the commission has found it necessary to make. In addition, the commission will make public reports "in the public interest" where particularly significant issues arise. Beyond this, its reports are properly directed to the authority itself.
