§ Mr. Nicholas BennettIt is estimated that the cost of implementation would be less than £2 million. It has been decided, as in the rest of Great Britain, not to implement these sections, but the situation will be reviewed carefully when the impact can be assessed of the wider reforms set out in the White Paper "Caring for People: Community Care in the Next Decade and Beyond"—Cm. 849.
