Whether they will make representations to the European Federation of Veterinarians to secure seats on the board for representatives of the British Veterinary Association.
§ The Minister of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Baroness Trumpington):The Government. do not intend to make such an approach. It is the responsibility of that association to make whatever approaches it considers necessary. I understand that Mr. F. J. 0. Anthony, who is Junior Vice-President of the British Veterinary Association, has recently been elected a Vice-President of the Federation of Veterinarians in Europe.
