To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will list the names of the proposed trustees for the opting out of the Royal Liverpool hospital; and if he will make a statement.

No. My right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State will announce the names of the chairmen and non-executive directors of NHS trusts after a decision has been made which trusts are to be established.
