§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will set out the programme he intends to follow in providing additional finances to housing associations in Wales(a) in the present financial year, (b) in the 1991–92 financial year and (c) in subsequent financial years in order to ensure adequate availability of appropriate housing to match the requirements of his programme for the implementation of care in the community.
