§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Government's intentions in respect of the marine environment in Scotland were outlined in paragraphs 7.69, 20.12 and 20.13 of the White Paper on the environment (Cm. 1200). In considering the matter further we will take account of the Marine Conservation Society's views.
