§ Mr. Michael SpicerBritish nationals returning from Iraq and Kuwait to the United Kingdom, who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, have the same entitlement as other United Kingdom citizens to assistance under the homelessness provisions in part III of the Housing Act 1985.
