What funds will be set aside in the multilateral and bilateral aid budgets for 1990–91 to assist in the reconstruction of Cambodia.

We do not currently provide government to government aid to Cambodia, but do provide humanitarian assistance via non-governmental organisations and UN agencies. My noble friend Lord Caithness gave details of this in his reply to my noble friend Lord Norrie on 16th October. We are ready to consider with other donors how Cambodia's development and reconstruction needs might best be met following a comprehensive political settlement.
