§ Mr. WaldegraveMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs has no plans to meet the Iraqi Foreign Minister. Amnesty International's report further documents the terrible crimes against human rights perpetrated by the Iraqis in Kuwait as well as in their own country.
