§ Mr. Michael ForsythNo proposals for the reorganisation of primary school education in the Denny and Dunipace area have been referred to my right hon. and learned Friend. Central regional council has, however, lodged an appeal with him against a condition of a planning permission granted by Falkirk district council for 179W the construction of a new primary school at Tygetshaugh, Denny. Arrangements will shortly be made for a public local inquiry into that appeal and objections to a related compulsory purchase order.
