This morning I had meetings with ministerial colleagues and others including one with the108W Amir of Kuwait. I also attended the arrival of the President of the Italian Republic, President Cossiga. In addition to my duties in the House, I shall be having further meetings later today. This evening I shall be attending the state banquet given by Her Majesty the Queen in honour of President Cossiga.
