§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will list for each local social services authority in Wales for each of the years 1975, 1980, 1985, 1987, 1988 and 1989 the number of placements made in facilities providing secure accommodation and indicate what proportion of those children in the care of the home authority such a number represents;
(2) if he will list for each facility in Wales providing secure accommodation for young persons for each of the years 1975, 1980, 1985, 1987, 1988 and 1989 the number and proportion of young persons so accommodated on behalf of a local social services authority other than that providing the secure accommodation.
