To ask the Secretary of State for Health if, in light of the remarks made by Mr. Justice Ognall, he will reconsider his position on compensating haemophiliac HIV sufferers who contracted the disease by way of contaminated blood products.

To ask the Secretary of State for Health what is the annual cost to the National Health Service in the Nottingham district health authority for staff who have been employed through agencies as nurses, operating department assistants, ancilliary and other staff.

Nottingham health authority has provided the following breakdown of costs to the health authority for non-NHS (agency) staff:

The cost for operating department assistants is incorporated in the figure for "all other staff".
