§ Mr. John PattenIn July officials were asked to provide a speaker on the implications of 1992 for the emergency planning community. After discussion, it was agreed that the Health and Safety Executive would provide a speaker. Home Office officials will not be attending this conference arranged by International Business Communications, but will receive copies of the conference papers.
