To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what is the total amount which was spent by the European Economic Community on all its agricultural activities, including the storage and disposal of surpluses, in each of the years from 1973; what is the estimate for 1990 and 1991, respectively; and if he will also publish a table showing the percentage increases in each year.
