§ Mr. ChopeThe London Cycling Forum, of which the Department is a member, has been consulting recently all London highway authorities on a proposed 1,000-mile network of cycle routes.
The Department has organised a seminar to be held on 7 November on "The Next Steps" in the development of the cycle network.
