§ Mr. WakehamAn outline suggestion for extracting energy from the movement of tides has been received from Mr. Richard Lucy. It is now the subject of an assessment by an independent engineering consultancy on behalf of my Department. The results of the assessment will be communicated to Mr. Lucy in due course.
