§ Mr. CurryFollowing a number of representations on the operation of the set-aside scheme to date, my right hon. Friends and I reviewed the scheme and introduced a number of changes of benefit to the environment including a requirement to cut the plant cover twice a year and a limited form of grazed fallow.
