§ Mr. DorrellThe Government wish to encourage self-regulation in the catering industry. I am therefore pleased that the National Outdoor Events Association and the Mobile and Outdoor Catering Association are promoting the use of the Institution of Environmental Health Officers' guidelines by their members.
