§ Mr. ScottA further report has been commissioned from the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council on the administration and operation of provision for occupational deafness. This will be published very shortly. The 947W council has asked the Department to evaluate the feasibility of the report's recommendations within six months. It will then be easier to determine whether there are orderly ways in which to extend provision for this disease to the industries and occupations proposed in Cm. 817.
