§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will list for each facility in Wales providing secure accommodation for young persons for each of the years 1975, 1980, 1985, 1987, 1988 and 1989, the number of admissions and discharges according to the sex and age of young persons accommodated and according to the legal basis on which they were accommodated;
(2) if he will list for each facility in Wales providing secure accommodation for young persons for each of the years 1975, 1980, 1985, 1987, 1988 and 1989, the number of places available; whether such places were available for boys and-or girls; and what was the age range for which such places were available.
