§ Mr. GummerThere has been little progress and only one Community meeting has been held to discuss the Commission's proposals on the protection of animals during transport. When the discussions resume we shall be pressing to retain our controls on the export of horses and ponies.
§ 55. Mr. MorganTo ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what were the numbers of live sheep exported for slaughter in the first three months of 1990 and 1989.
