To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what consultations have taken place with civil service trade union representatives regarding the "Options for Change" study.

Since the trade union representatives were informed of the "Options for Change" proposals on 25 July, the subject has been discussed at meetings of the joint industrial Whitley council and the non-industrial joint general purposes committee.
