§ Mr. Patrick McLoughlin[holding answer 15 October 1990]: A report was received by HM coastguards on 4 October that the fishing vessel Moray Adventurer had an object caught in her nets and was at one stage in danger of capsizing. The incident is being investigated by the marine accident investigation branch. No decision can be made about whether or not to publish a report on the incident until the investigation has been completed.
