§ Mr. Garel-JonesOverseas Development Administration officials met Chief Davi Yanomami, a Yanomami leader, in December 1989 and April 1990. The ODA last month granted £88,000 to Oxfam for a health care project for the Yanomami in the state of Roraima. This project should provide medical benefits and help the Yanomami to care for themselves in future.
