§ Mr. Teddy Taylor
To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what provision has been made in the 1991 EEC budget for the dumping and destruction of surplus food and wine.

§ Mr. Curry
The 1991 European Community draft budget provides for 854 million ecu (£610 million) of expenditure on the withdrawal of agricultural produce, not all of which is destroyed.
