§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe cases in question are still sub judice, pending the hearing of an appeal lodged by the five 741W convicted persons. The charges were brought under Hong Kong laws and at the decision of the Hong Kong Attorney-General. It is for the Hong Kong Government to handle these cases in accordance with Hong Kong law.
